He began Fletcher Pilates in 2016 attracted by the style that facilitated his career as a dancer. He began teaching Pilates in 2017, following the footsteps of his mother who runs a dedicated Fletcher Pilates studio back in the UK.

Oliver has been working as a professional dancer for the last 10 years and has acquired a full understanding of movement, biomechanics, injury and prevention.
